Liz qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in 2005, and having gained experienced in the nursing role then moved into Management in 2008. She has an extensive and broad knowledge of many areas of the Care sector gained in her various Management roles, including Residential Care, Supported Living, Day Services, and Outreach.
Liz joined Laurel Homes in November 2017 as Regional Manager with responsibility for the three Mental Health Services in Croydon. She is a highly motivated and experienced manager, who works hard at bringing her clinical skills together with her management skills to provide a well-rounded service provision to the three care homes, their Registered Managers and the Service Users in their care.

Olabisi (Bisi) Oladiran
Registered Manager
Bisi joined the Laurel Residential Homes Ltd, in February 2015, as a Support Worker. He has worked his way up via Team Leader in April 2017, then Deputy Manager in 2018, to be Acting Registered Manager in 2022.
The knowledge and skills that Bisi brings to his management role are strongly enhanced by his significant interest and people orientated qualifications. These range from a BA Hons in Theology & Counselling; MSc in Criminology & Criminal Psychology and being a Registered Member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), to a PgDip in International Hospitality Management
In addition, Bisi has Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services and Level 2/3 in Counseling Skills & Counseling Studies
Through his many years at Jordan Lodge, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of the Service Users in his care, and works hard to maintain the highest standards in the Home.

Ryan Reid
Deputy Manager
Ryan has 3 years’ experience working in health and social care supporting service users with mobility issues, dementia, autism and schizoaffective disorder. Ryan has a genuine care and devotion to supporting others, as well as engaging others in activities and sports.
Ryan has achieved Health and Social Care level 3 and is currently working towards his level 5. Ryan also has a law degree, a degree in Criminology and a certificate in travel and tourism. He is also an amateur boxer, as well as a coach, and plays many other sports.
Ryan has worked his way up from Health Care Assistant to Team Leader and now occupies the role of Deputy Manager at Jordan Lodge.

Edith Hayford
Deputy Manager
Edith has over 10 years’ experience working in health and social care supporting people with mental health needs in supported living, Residential and Care Home settings.
Edith has supported people with learning disability, dementia, autism, acquired brain injury, palliative care, and substance misuse.
Due to her passion in supporting people with physical and mental health needs, Edith has worked her way up through Support Worker, to Team Leader and now Deputy Manager.
To enhance her professionalism with people she supports, and in her role, she has gained Masters in Finance Management and NVQ levels 2, 3, 4 & 5 in Health and Social Management.

Dominic Dodzo
Registered Manager
Dominic was Operational Manager for a 19-bed Mental Health unit for 13 years before joining Laurel Residential Homes Ltd in 2020, as the Registered Manager for Scott House.
He has over 15 years’ experience of management gained in Mental Health and Social Care Services, whilst also having a background in Social Sciences, Project Management and a Masters in HR Management.
With a Level 4 (soon to be Level 5) in Management in Health and Social Care Services and a wide range of additional qualifications achieved through various courses in Mental Health and Team leading, Dominic is highly experienced and well qualified for his role.
He is a highly motivated individual who prides himself on managing an effective and goal-oriented staff team to provide the best and highest quality care for those who use our services

Treveka Vinera
Deputy Manager
Treveka joined Laurel Residential Homes as Deputy Manager for Scott House in May 2024.
Treveka has seven years’ experience working in Health and Social Care and has supported people with various needs such as Learning Disabilities, Dementia, Acquired Brain Injury and Stroke. She has a passion for mental health and well-being.
Treveka has worked in both nursing and residential homes. She is suitably qualified and achieved QFCs in Health and Social Care Levels 3, 4, 5 and 6. Treveka has worked her way up from HCA, Senior/Team Leader and has been in the Deputy Manager role for more than one and a half years.
She also holds a Level 3 in Safeguarding.
